1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DTox ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Purpose of the Application

DTox is a digital well-being tool designed to help individuals manage screen time through progressive friction and self-imposed barriers. The Application is not a medical or mental health service and does not guarantee specific psychological outcomes.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

DTox offers standard free functionality as well as optional Pro auto-renewing subscriptions (Yearly with 3-Day Free Trial, Monthly, and Lifetime Access).

• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings on iOS.

4. Standard Apple EULA

These Terms incorporate the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at Apple Standard EULA.
